It will be in the 90’s today and we thankfully have no scheduled events.
After breakfast we decide to take care of some wandering around the Plaka and the Flea Market for some gifts and such. Along the way we stumble across some Uno cards - our strategy for the heat of the day becomes clear. A not overly taxing card game and a few beverages. A final panoramic shot from Monastiraki Square:

Then, on to the games:
Spider-Man Uno at our favorite venue.
After the game, Kathy and Jeorgia head up to the rooms for a siesta. I stay at the bar to catch up on this blog - finally current! Plus score a complentary Aperol Spritz.
After everyone is rested up, we head off for the third night in a row of street gyros - still as tasty as the first time! We put a wrap (some gyro humor) on things at . . . . . the lobby bar, where Kathy and Jeorgia watch some strange foreplay/groping at the bar across the pedestrian walkway from the hotel. We bid adieu to Athens and prepare for the 5:30am taxi ride to the port of Piraeus for the SeaJet ride to Santorini.
