A hot day is forecast and it does not disappoint. I want to take some photos and explore a bit - an endeavor that attracts no other fans so I go solo. There is a walking path on large parts of the island and it passes right behind the hotel where I set off. It’s beautiful but the ‘feels like’ temperature is approaching 100. Nonetheless I make it to nearby small town and capture some photos in the process:

Returning a bit the worse for wear in the heat, I join Jeorgia in the room’s private pool before we head over to the main pool at the resort - complete with a bar and food service! Naturally photos are taken:
We retire to the room for some down time, catching up on these blog posts, and more pool time. Opting out for room service we close out Thursday evening with me grabbing some sunset photos. Processing on most of these will have to wait until we get home - there are just some things mobile apps aren’t quite geared for yet. That said, a few samples to close out the day:
